With nearly 6,000 credit students and another 8,600 non-credit students enrolled in the most recent academic year, Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport is committed to applied technology education as a special mission afliate of Penn State. Penn College also manages the state's largest worker training program through its Workforce Development and Continuing Education (WDCE) unit. In fscal year 2013-2014, WDCE administered workforce development grants for 739 companies totaling $7.8 million to train 40,359 employees.
